DIY Wood Gobble Placemats

One week from today and we will be feasting away!  That means you still have plenty of time to get your Thanksgiving table in order and today I'm sharing this fun wood gobble placemat project.

I used one 2' x 4' 1/4" plywood handy panel which costs about $7 to make four placemats.

The wood placemats are a great alternative to traditional fabric placemats, layered on top of a tablecloth they add a touch of quirky fun to the table.

DIY Truck Shelf

Friends there's still time (14 days to be exact!) to make gifts and today we're sharing a super fun truck shelf.  It's a bookshelf with truck features ready to hang on the wall or sits on its own.  

Today is build #11 of this year's Handbuilt Holiday series with Ana White and myself.  We have done 11 gift plans these past 11 weeks, hopefully you found a plan just right for that special someone and are hard at work building away!
